This session is for clients who like to have Massage Therapy to relax and not have to have extra tools/upgrades added to the session; full body Swedish with intent to relax the body with only tissue manipulation based on licensed skill; there is an option to add hot stones, aromatherapy, hot towels, cupping for $20 upcharge upon request before the session timer begins. Only 60min sessions are available, however, there is an option to add "Reflexology Massage" or "Facial Massage" as an extra service to make it a 90min session (ask for details).

Use of tools such as cupping, hot stones, and hot towels that will help release stubborn fascia and trigger points throughout the body; pressure is a client's preference and does not mean it has to be too deep in order for this modality to be beneficial; client may explain discretion to the massage therapist with moving arms and legs to help with range of motion.

Using holding patterns and light/medium touch to bring benefit to the musculoskeletal system and surrounding tissue to promote relaxation and rhythm in the client's personal anatomical positioning; can have tools applied with this technique such as hot towels and aromatherapy.

Session intended for individuals who are in their 1st, 2nd, or 3rd trimester, as well as intended for those individuals who have given birth within the past 6 months to 1 year. Please consult with your physician or registered professional when it is time to book a standard massage session.

The feet will be manipulated in this modality, hands can be worked with client request (will not add more time); using specific techniques of reflexology through the feet to help the body create homeostasis which feels like deep relaxation, improved circulation in the body, and can ease foot tension; reflexology is based on the theory that points of the feet, hands, and ears relate to part of the body including glands and organs; is not used to diagnose or treat any client outside of a licensed massage therapist setting.

Using massage techniques that pass over the skull/cranium, throughout the face, down the neck, and around the chest/decollete/shoulders; this session may improve circulation in the body and ease muscle tension through the face and neck; this modality is strictly muscle/tissue manipulation through licensed massage therapy practices (no extractions and no waxing).
